I had no idea a birthday party for a 7 year old could be so darn exhausting! This past Sunday, at the McDonald’s in Greenhills Mall Karen and I held a birthday for our youngest daughter Nicole who turned seven. Unlike the birthday parties I’m used to in the USA where parents just dropped their kids off, all the parents stayed and enjoyed the party. It was like a family reunion in that we wound up having 80 people attend! My mom, Shey, Danny, Nick, Anna, and Kat Kat (Anna’s daughter) also attended. Yes, my birthday was a couple of weeks ago. I’m posting late as I’ve been busy as fook shutting down my company (MadisonAvenue.com) and starting a new job with GreenNebula. Anyway, I had one hell of a great party for my birthday so scope out the pix and soon as youtube finishes uploading there will also be a vid clip.

Karen’s throwing a birthday bash for me on August 8th at 3PM onwards.  The party will be held at my place which is Crown Tower on H.V. Dela Costa in Makati.  I’m in unit 2202 but the party will be down at the pool on the ground floor.

The party is open to friends and family and in the early hours will be family friendly so feel free to bring the kids.  Just make sure you’ve got a yaya to take them home as the party wears on as in the later hours there will be drinking.  Heh, heavy drinking.

I’ll be providing food and booze but feel free to bring more of both.  As I don’t start my new job until next week I’m fairly broke, heh.

If anyone isn’t sure what to get me I’m jonesing for a new xbox 360 as my 3rd one died.  F’ing paid $100 to get it fixed and it only lasted 3 days.  Lame.  Anyway I know that’s not a super-cheap gift so feel free to all pitch in.  Not being too obvious here am I?

Ok, so yeah, LOTS of changes in my life.  I’m now in a relationship with an AWESOME woman.  Her name is Karen and this weekend I went over to her family’s place for a xmas party / gathering.  Really cool people and were very welcoming to me.  Heh, kinda freaked them out a bit with my coughing fits (I’ve been sick for like 3 weeks).  But had a really good time hanging out, getting to know everyone, and playing DJ.  Even got to show off some of my handy-man skills getting the stereo wired up and fixing the power adapter.  Pix below.

This was the first condo we lived in when we moved to Manila. We’ve since moved to a new condo we own, but this one was an awesome party house. We sub-leased it to a buddy so we still get to hang out there once in a while!
