Ok, so yeah, LOTS of changes in my life. I’m now in a relationship with an AWESOME woman. Her name is Karen and this weekend I went over to her family’s place for a xmas party / gathering. Really cool people and were very welcoming to me. Heh, kinda freaked them out a bit with my coughing fits (I’ve been sick for like 3 weeks). But had a really good time hanging out, getting to know everyone, and playing DJ. Even got to show off some of my handy-man skills getting the stereo wired up and fixing the power adapter. Pix below.
So just got back from an AWESOME trip to San Francisco. Much thanks to LAJ and Connor for throwing such an awesome convention. I had a blast and got a lot of great business done. I found out that hotels try to charge crazy rates to rent a projector ($325/day) but that for $1.50 each way, a bus ride to Best Buy to buy and then return a new projector is MUCH cheaper! Heh. Shey and I made it down to the Costa Rica Bash convention in early March 2007. It was an absolute blast! We got to enjoy beautiful Costa Rica in Jaco Beach. We went swimming in the ocean, riding ATV’s, watched people, um, enjoying the “night life”, took surfing lessons, did a canopy ropes tour, and went horseback riding!
Yes, Shey and I are buying a place. It’s at One Serendra which is in the Fort Bonafacio area of Manila. It’s the nicest area in the country and is a fully planned live/work/play/shop community on the grounds of what used to be Fort McKinley.
