Xmas Party With Karen

Ok, so yeah, LOTS of changes in my life. I’m now in a relationship with an AWESOME woman. Her name is Karen and this weekend I went over to her family’s place for a xmas party / gathering. Really cool people and were very welcoming to me. Heh, kinda freaked them out a bit with my coughing fits (I’ve been sick for like 3 weeks). But had a really good time hanging out, getting to know everyone, and playing DJ. Even got to show off some of my handy-man skills getting the stereo wired up and fixing the power adapter. Video of Old Pearl Plaza Condo

Ok, so I’m experimenting with a new plug-in that will let me embed videos into this page. Additionally I’m playing with converting the vids from .avi (which is huge) to .flv (flash / smaller) format. The goal is below for you to see two videos Shey shot right before we left our old condo in Pearl Plaza. The place had already been cleared out by the movers:

New Condo At Serendra

Yes, Shey and I are buying a place. It’s at One Serendra which is in the Fort Bonafacio area of Manila. It’s the nicest area in the country and is a fully planned live/work/play/shop community on the grounds of what used to be Fort McKinley.

Corregidor Island Trip

We took a trip with Rick and the DigiPawn crew to the island of Corregidor Island just off Manila bay. The island was one of the last stands in WWII against the Japanese. As it was retaken it turned into one of the last stands for the Japanese against US and Filipino Troops.

Shey and Marc’s Third Anniversary

On 6/4/2007 Shey and I had been together for 3 years! We celebrated with a get-away and a romantic dinner! We wanted to get away but not deal with the hassle of a trip. So we checked into a nice hotel in Makati, had an AMAZING dinner, and the staff brought us up an anniversary cake for free!

Pearl Plaza Condo

This was the first condo we lived in when we moved to Manila. We’ve since moved to a new condo we own, but this one was an awesome party house. We sub-leased it to a buddy so we still get to hang out there once in a while!
